What a wacky weather day.  Cold, then sunny, then not sunny, and then - wait for it - a hail storm.

Thanks for the vibes...the pizza and wings helped.  I'm hoping it's just that I'm tired and I was very hungry.  I have had trouble getting to sleep the past couple nights and was really just exhausted after a long day.  I can sleep in tomorrow which is a good thing

I never realized that Helen Mirren had played Prospero. It looks an interesting version -  I must seek it out
Directed by Julie Taymor, no less.

Back from a fun birthday dinner for the Staitman gals and their mother.  I took them to Barone's where we had a fine Eyetalian meal.

Vixdad received  The Prisoner on DVD as a Christmas gift -  we showed the first episode to the Vixter this evening -  she was underwhelmed

That is because she is not a 1960's stoned hippie.

Looks like maybe 8" so far, and it's still coming down like crazy- with hours left to go.  I'll bet we end up with twice what I'm seeing out there now.

and verily verily I say  unto thee, the snow it snoweth and the wind, it bloweth and the idiots in their  4X4s zoom up and down the street with loud  shouts and exclamations and much revving of engines  and do wake up the gentle sleepers and  surely they wilt do themselves a grievous injury

If I don't do it for them
