BK if you are still not feeling well today then don't go out. Get your soup and food for the next couple of days and reheat it.

Unfortunately, he has to do that CD run, because otherwise it would be the perfect day to just stay in and REST.

Always been a fan of Pamela Reed, especially in the two Tanner series that Gary Trudeau and Robert Altman did for HBO and that sitcom she did (name escapes me) with John Randolph.

It was called

Grand

not to beconfused with The Grand, the British mini-series which we will finish watching tonight.
Thank you. And it was grand.

Resting? I try my best to do that, too. Not very successful at it.

I am sorry - I cannot like Pamela Reed - she hit Carroll Baker with a baseball bat in KINDERGARTEN COP - and I am sure it was personal.

I love Joanne Worley - she is an Indiana girl.....and I hope she has room onstage to swing her beads around her neck!

Get well vibes for BK!

But, fair warning, some of us have had a bug that hangs on for weeks...

I'm up and waiting to take possession of CDs.  I did manage to get eight or more hours of sleep.  I have almost no voice, despite not talking much the last few days.  Nose is stuffed up, so it's there and my chest right now, which usually signals the last couple of days of this crud.

I believe that, like me, Pamela Reed attended the University of Washington Drama Department...but at a different time.

After 3 months, audible.com finally got around to updating the cover art for SHADOW WATCHER.    :)

The DVDs are tallied, and I'm now looking for an Aunt Minnie/Madame Roberta for the recordng; our choice of Yvonne Kenny fell through today: she'll be in Australia in August and September.  Her agent recommended a mezzo; I listened to her on Youtube, but i cannot understand her singing English.

I just thought of Rosemary Ashe, whom I love, and I've sent her songs from Coward's BITTER SWEET to the producer for a listen.

Helper showed up for jury duty and is already done.  So, I don't have to lug anything anywhere and I'm going back to bed.

Nice DR DRUXY.

So it was you, Bing Crosby, Chet Huntley, Frances Farmer, and Pamela Reed.....at different times, of course.

I've just heard from Rosemary; she's interested. I told her that I can promise nothing but I have my fingers crossed! She's such a wonderful Manon in that BITTERSWEET recording.

Dawn Wells, Marian Hailey and Bridget Hanley were there at the same time as me.  Also, Rod Whitaker and David Seidler, who wrote THE KING'S SPEECH.
