Hmmmmm....food songs......
"Food Glorious Food," though not a favorite song, certainly fits the bill.
"A Little Priest," though not a food I would eat (no comments from the peanut gallery), also fits the bill.
"Ice Cream," though not about that treat directly, does impart the joy of the frozen confection.
And of course, my favorite from the land of chicken soup: "To Each His Consomme-ah"
But seriously folks.....
My question of the day, to BK and all other dear readers, is this:
I know that most of us feel that when one comes across a phrase or a word used in everyday conversation, it can trigger an association with a song, or even quotes from movies, etc. (Peter Filichia talks about this sort of stuff all the time.)
Recently, I was flipping through a font catalogue, looking for interesting typefaces for my season brochure. I came upon one that I have never liked (Brush Script), and I thought "No, that's the WHOREHOUSE logo font." I came to another (I think it is Murray Hill) and thought "Nope. A LITTLE NIGHT MUSIC." So my question is this:
Am I the only one that has strong associations between typefaces and show logos?
