I cleared the driveway this morning and went into the house, changed into my comfortable clothes, sat down at the computer and looked out the window to see the snow plows passing my house and leaving about 3 feet of snow across the end of the driveway. I have since gone back out and cleaned it out. I'm thinking about going to the home show today. I love to look at that stuff

If you want the plows to come to your street, clear your driveway and go back inside. It works almost all the time

Actually sometimes the most effective part of the prosecution case is rebuttal. You don't have to disclose rebuttal witnesses, at least I don't think you need to there, the rules changed after I left. I don't know if he'll do it but that sort of testimony could be used to rebut her allegations of his explosive temper etc. She never says he's a bad guy in public or in general, so bringing that in is tricky.

Well, she's going to have a domestic violence expert talk about PTSD and they could have an expert to rebut the defense expert. I don't know about getting into the other stuff. The rules on character evidence are tricky and quite limited, but she may have opened the door to that sort of testimony.

I have no idea what evidence the state has or whether they have experts who can testify, but if they have it, it may not have been admissible in the states case in chief. If something isn't admissible under the rules or a judge's ruling, but the other side introduces evidence about it, they call that opening the door. Then what you do is drive a truck through it...in other words you are allowed to bring in what would have been inadmissible evidence to rebut the evidence the otherside introduced. We'll just have to watch to see if that has happened here
