Well, you've read the notes, the notes didn't know what time it was, and now it is time for you to post until the timely cows come home.

And the word of the day is: NUDIUSTERTIAN!

Smoke on your pipe and put that in.

It's bitterly cold with snow showers and it's a work day so it's on with the overcoat, scarf and gloves again.

NUDIUSTERTIAN?  Aren't those the people that stay at the camps where nobody wears any clothing?

Guess daylight savings time has completely messed me up -  fell asleep last night  with my laptop on my lap and then woke up at 5 AM and could not get back to sleep - today at the office should be fun....

Good morning, all! No nightmares, last night, but I did dream that I was in a courtroom and Tallulah Bankhead was on the witness stand!

Another day at Toyland: I have three or four new scores to look over, and some corrections to give Curtis. Following that, I need to stop at my pharmacy for my meds.

DR TCB,  when my union pension began in January, they asked me how much I wanted deducted per payment for state and government taxes. That's when I realized that maybe my social security wasn't tax free income. So I called social security, dowloaded the form, filledit out and hand delivered it to my local office in late December. I was fortunate that I only received three payments by the end of the year, and I'm really sorry that you've got such a bill to pay.

Good morning.

Good morning daylight savings time.

Very tired from not sleeping on the first night of new time.

Quiet weekend, warm in the daytime (in the sun), cold (in the shade), cold and dark outside.

Good morning, all.

Back to the old backaches this morning, after several weeks in which they've been little to non-existent.  Go figure.

I didn't sleep well either.  Can I blame it on Daylight Savings Time even though we don't do that here?

Cillaliz, just saw your comment from last night and it gave me a good chuckle. It's not a very apt description as the Bible study group is mostly female, as was the movie.

Elmore, did you happen to read Steven Suskin's "Babes in Toyland" review this week?

No. Is it a review of the two Max Liebman broadcasts?

It is. And, IMHO, a lame take on the music.

I remember loving "The Winds of War." I also remember really enjoying the tension in the first few hours of "Amerika," before it collapsed and burned into a mess.
