Late evening greetings.

Before I hit the hay.

Do people still hit the hay?

It is tough, when you are retired, to keep track of the days of the week.

Well, I'm off.  Tonight, my sister, her boyfriend and I are going to see the group Pearl Django perform at Traditions Café.  I saw them perform about 10 years ago in Seattle and they're fantastic!

Until later!

They were still fantastic!  Traditions is a fairly small store with a fairly small restaurant where people perform and the place was packed.  We got the last unreserved table.  Their first set was about 50 minutes and the second set was a little more than 40 minutes.  The group has had several variations of instrumentations over the years but tonight there were five...an accordion, violin, two guitars and and a contra-bass.

Voldemort is basically a middle school girl: he has a locket, a diary, a tiara, a ring, and is completely obsessed with a teenage boy.

I bought two of their CDs:  their latest, "Eleven," and one from 2007, "Modern Times."
