DR JOHN G -  Now I want to get out all of my Animals LP's.  Eric Burdon was always a favorite of mine!
He's still in fine voice.

All you Southern Ohio and Kentucky folks: I wore my Skyline Chili T-shirt yesterday and had about a half-dozen people come up and ask if I ever lived in Cincinnati, could I get Skyline in Texas, etc. That's never happened before.

That does it.  This time (I'll be driving over in mid-May) I'm bringing back a carload of Skyline supplies.

Well, it's about time to put EILEEN on the Big Speakers, start straightening up the kitchen, and begin slow cooking the corned beef.

What time should I arrive for dinner?

My friend Brian Williams is returning to the stage after FIFTEEN years, in RUMORS at the Lakewood Theater Company in Lake Oswego, Oregon, in case that's near any of the Upper West Coast DR's.

He's the man running for the senate in this clip.

Julianne Hough and Ryan Seacrest have split up.  My faith in true romance is shaken to the VERY core!

Resisting "Gotta cut loose, footloose" comments (after Julianne's film) - but I think they both can find people who are more right for each other.  It sounded like he was just too much of a workaholic for the life she wanted.

Yes, I followed this story too closely, just as I followed Taylor Swift's romance with Conor Kennedy too closely, and Taylor swift's romance with Harry Styles, and Taylor Swift's romance with John Mayer, and Taylor Swift's romance with...

The Dress Circle is broadcasting EILEEN at 3:00pm EDT. I'll probably listen, just to hear how they pieced together our ramblings for an interview.

I'm up after a good night's sleep - didn't get to bed till two and slept until ten-thirty - then I had a lovely telephonic conversation with Muse Margaret who called to tell me a little story about some kids she watches and how timely the new Hofstetter book is.  Love that.

As for seeing Ms. Streisand in Israel, I'd say there's a good chance I'll go, especially since my friend in England and my friend in Florida are both planning to.

Isn't Israel's main color blue? Can Babs use some special evergreen lyrics for israel?

Oh--it just clicked.  I've heard of the priest and rabbi, too.  Either heard them together on the radio, or maybe they were on TV at some point?

When I change that quote under my posts and someone goes back later to read it, they are going to think I have a drinking problem. Well, I do. I spill stuff on myself all the time.

Good morning, all.

Back from Austin in overdrive. Really as a fun couple of days up there. Rachael Ray still knows how to throw a couple of great parties. Favorite musical moment was one for the old folks: Eric Burdon came out with Rachael's husband's band, the Cringe, and sang "We Gotta Get Out of This Place."

I'm glad you had such a fun time.

Sunday afternoon greetings!

I tuned into this as soon as we got home from Lima and I'm listening as I post!
