Well, you've read the notes, the notes were thinner, and now it is time for you to post until the thinner cows come home.

BK, I remember watching a Nicholas Brothers dance and it was incredible.  I remember that I specifically counted the number of shots in the dance:  three...only three times did the camera angle change.  Could anyone nowadays do a dance like that in only three takes?  Or would someone even attempt to shoot that kind of a dance in only three takes??  I don't think so.

Interesting that when Ben Brantley gave his online review of The Bodyguard in London.  he very nearly seems to say that Heather Headley brings more to the numbers than the Top 40 versions.

This is from his review:

"I won’t say Ms. Headley is a better singer, since I have no bodyguard of my own. But she makes Top 40 standards – including, but of course, “I Will Always Love You” – sound brand- new, with a voice that twists notes into unexpected, shimmering shapes."

Obviously a must-see rave for Heather Headley that suggests, if others fall in line, the show will cross over to Broadway just fine as long as her perfromance comes with it.  (Not great for the show as  a piece of plotting and therefore writing, though.)

It's been so much fun also to see that, on top of just having gotten the reports here, DR Pogue's London trip seems to have coincided with at least a part of the New York Times' Ben Brantley's this time!

I've been reading The Times London journal, and going back to the reports of the London shows here on HHW.  They saw several of the same shows, as I've been seeing as the Times reports have been coming out.

Good morning, all.

Oy.  (But a good Oy, and a nice solid sleep, except that if my back hadn't started aching I would easily have gotten another hour.)

Onward.  Coffee.  The coffee is my friend.  This morning, Emeril's "Big Easy Bold" K-Cups.  Very good.

As for seeing Ms. Streisand in Israel, I'd say there's a good chance I'll go, especially since my friend in England and my friend in Florida are both planning to.

Isn't Israel's main color blue? Can Babs use some special evergreen lyrics for israel?

Good morning, all!

I am backing up my computer, and that's raking some time. Usually, it takesme about 30-40 minutes. Seems forever this morning.

I have few plans today. I will listen to some Irish music for St Patrick's Day (did you see the dancing Google logo this morning?), listen critically to DEAREST ENEMY on the Big Speakers, make a market trip, and hang out around the neighborhood.

JRand! I interpreted my two dreams ALL BY MYSELF!!

Today is the church picnic. Last night I boiled potatoes for some potato salad with plans of finishing it up this morning.

Dream 1: It was 9 a.m. and I was still chopping onions for the potato salad.

Dream 2: They were all waiting for me to unlock the church, but I was still making potato salad.

Interpretation: Get up early enough to make the potato salad.

I read today's column but it took a VERY long time to load and the move from Page 1 to Page 2 was also very, very slow.

I too enjoyed watching the Berry Brothers clips!  Wow!

Thanks to DR DRUXY for the St Patty's animated card.

Vibes for a good result for DR FJL next week.
