probably a wise decision as year after year her main course ends up going home with everyone in tupperware - however I was going to make Skip's famous deviled eggs
Wll time to get ready for bed --- HAPPY EASTER for all who observe
The laundry is in the dryers and I need to vacuum. So far, it's an exciting day at West 82!I've sent the two singers I wanted to hear this week apologetic emails, telling them I believe the role is cast.
Oh well, I can always open up alcohol. That'll make people forget what the floors look like.

From DR TCB:QuoteConsidering you could have been a crazy Presbyterian, I guess we should be glad that you are Jewish!I'm not sure what that means but I'm still chuckling over it.

Quote from: ChasSmith on March 30, 2013, 07:37:12 AMDR vixmom -- maybe the car itself has some kind of alignment issue that's wearing the tires out too fast, or unevenly? Is it all four? My previous car, an otherwise wonderful and lovable Nissan, was HELL on front tires and required all too frequent front end alignments.I've also had that problem. We get our tires from Les Schwab, a tire dealer. We can stop in anytime to have our tires checked & rotated for free when needed. They honor their tires when there are problems.

It's suppose to rain... let's hope it's after our service tonight. I see to be almost caught up with things. I'll be heading back to the church in a bit to finish some music prep for musicians, etc - but the power points are done. Just need to shower, get dressed and get back. Tomorrow (which begins at 7:00) should run quick and smoothly. Do you do any of the services outdoors? We used to, but it kept getting too cold on Easter morning. When I lived in Florida, I used to love going to sunrise services on the beach. I remember a snowy Easter in Massachusetts & Bryan building a snow bunny.

It may be Easter but it's still very cold and we've just had a snow shower. The weather is expected to stay cold until at least mid April.

Beautiful stained glass windows, TCB. Is the sanctuary wheelchair unfriendly?
Quote from: TCB on March 30, 2013, 11:43:07 AMThis is the sanctuary of the church where I was raised. I still attend this church, or did until this wheelchair fixation came about. The windows represent The Lord's Prayer.Pretty. Do you miss going?
