I actually did dream about my up and coming production of the helicopter show.  Something about a good sized remote control helicopter and streamers and rope light hanging from the theatre ceiling.

I'm off to the store to buy some ingredients to make a sweet potato pie, seeing as though I have sweet potatoes that need to be used.  I've never made one, so this should be interesting.

The topic of the day is depressing?  I think it's fascinating and difficult.

I'm up, I've talked to Apple Care, as I couldn't figure out how to get all these old mouse devices out of the blue tooth pull down menu where they were just cluttering things up and being useless.  He told me how to do that, and also how to get rid of the little blue tooth file sharing icon that had mysteriously popped up in my dock and wouldn't go poof.  All is well and I'll go jog in a bit - allergy season is a little nutty so far this year - I haven't had many problems over the last couple of years, but this year has been a lot compared to those.

Sweet potatoes in the microwave.  I was going to roast them, but I figured they would be fine in the microwave.

So, for our sensitive types, the topic of the day can be - if you could have any meals you like in one day without any worries for calories or health - what would you choose for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Eggs benedict and potatoes.  Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles (one breast, one waffle), with some biscuits and butter, or Langer's Pastrami with cole slaw and Russian dressing, potato pancakes.   Dinner would be my very own beef stroganoff.

And I am home. I finished the Act one proofs, visited with Anthony Morelli for about 45 minutes, and met with a nice baritone recommended by my colleague Curtis. On my way home I stopped at the market, and I am ready for a nap.

I find sweet potato pie too sweet.  When we lived in Pennsylvania I used to purchase a delicious sweet potato cake.

Not much sugar in this pie.  3/4 cup of brown sugar, that's it.  The batter tasted like an earthy pumpkin pie.  I think the cast will like it.  It's even made with Saigon cinnamon.  (no joke... and no groaning!)
