I'm sure there are no such rules. But they've decided they don't like you so they made a rule for you. Why would you want to go?
By definition, in any civil rights case, you're "not wanted" by the people or group denying you access to their [whatever, service, public accomodation, taxi cab, restaurant, place, job, anything]. Yes, you can go eat somewhere else, see the film somewhere else, spend your time doi9ng something else, live soemwhere else, work somewhere else,etc. But a principle is that if it's seen as discrimination, you don;t have to accept it.
I don't know how it differs in Canada.
The only analogy i can make to a place like Talkin Broadway is imagine a building where the the tenants rae 98% wonderful people but you have a beef with the landlords who feel laws don;t apply to them, so the landlords want you out.
