No CD in the mail, but I did get another 100 copies of the book. Now, to get them signed so they can sell.

And, Larry, I hope you get the leading man of your dreams.

I agree!  And I hope you find someone to sing for the recording as well

Now worries about mispelling my name DR Kate. That happens a lot. Some people misprounounce it also, for some reason. Wheneve DR Elmore calls me by name it always comes out sounding like "Jack-Ass." But he assures me that it is just because of his thick Ohio accent.

LOL

That's what made me mad enough to unfriend her.
That is pretty bad. He should not have posted a video. And she should not have had her son there. Very understandable why you got mad.

Tragic news about Annette.

Also sad news about Mrs. Thatcher.

Poor Annette. I don't know how to feel. Seeing the condition that she has been in the last few years it seems as if she had already died. Such a thing should not have happen to such a nice lady.

I totally agree, Mike.

That's a great video of "Never Never Land." If that's any indication of what the rest of the evening was like, I can see why you'd say it was the best.

RIP Margaret Thatcher.   I saw her in person once.  She visited USS Kitty Hawk and addressed the crew.  My boss was her escort.  I got to within about three feet of her, she looked at me and said "Hello".  I said "Hello" back.  That was it.  The end.

Was that the time she did her famous version of LET ME ENTERTAIN YOU?

DR Doug, have you ever heard of--or worn-- Hotter shoes? Hotter is a UK company that makes COMFORTABLE shoes for men and women (can you imagine?), which are also stylish. (!) I was so bowled over by this novel idea that I took advantage of their promotion and bought some. I wore them for the first time today. They felt great.

For those of us who are Stateside, www.hotterusa.com. For DR Doug, www.hotter.com. About the price of Ecco.

I'm afraid those are a little out of my price range.  I am on a fixed income, and I still haven't figured out how to fix it.

Art work of "Berner of the Baskerville" aka Sherlock is for sale.  I think it is exciting.
http://fineartamerica.com/featured/berner-of-the-baskerville-liane-weyers.html

The artist would have done this months ago except the name Sherlock infringed on the intellectual property rights of the Conan Doyle Estate.  Today Keith offered several name selections, this being his favorite, and the artist loved it.

Glorious picture, Jane.  And the photos were beautiful.  Thank you for sharing.

It was a long time before Craig could tell us that he was getting divorced.  We suspected but waited until he was ready to talk about it.  At least there wasn't a child and no one cheated on the other.

I was devastated when I got divorced.  I had really been hoping to be a widower.
