The delivery is here and the redo looks fantastic. I can go home now, and bind them on Wednesday or Thursday.

Thanks for my astrological update, DR JRand62. I hope tomorrow's mix goes well.

How is the cruise, TCB?

Over!

Seriously, I have to go finish packing, then get to bed so that I can get up at 7:30.  Tomorrow is a four hour tour of Copenhagen ending at the airport; then tomorrow evening I fly to Iceland

I called Kinko's and got a lot of attitude. When I gave the job to the manager on Friday, she told me it would be delivered on Monday. It wasn't marked for delivery and they want to charge us for another delivery charge!  What is going on with my stars an d planets?

Mars and Ceres and Andromeda are all active today.....

Does this mean something good or bad?

It means Uranus is toast!

Says the Old Geezer whose full moon is in a sling somewhere outside Sweden! :-* :-* :-*

The Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade as staged by Liberace?

Isn't that the Tournamnet of Roses parade?

The Tournament of Roses parade is held on January 1.  The Thanksgiving Day parade is held on the third Thursday of each year (i.e. "Thanksgiving").

Back from a sandwich and no fries or onion rings.  The sun keeps trying to appear, and then a second later it looks like rain again, so I don't want to find myself in the middle of a downpour when I'm two miles into the jog, so no jog today.

I was not able to go ashore in Sweden because the ship was anchored and the passengers tendered into port.  I was not allowed to tender.

Had you been warned about this?

I hope so. If they ended up tendering at the last minute that would not be fair or right at all.  Hopefully you still had fun on the ship.

From DR Laura:
Quote
Boy, I understand Keith's sore back. I am just recovering from back pain myself. Which part of his back hurts? My biggest complaint was my mid-back on the right side. That is finally better.

Base of his spine, or lower back center.  Currently the back of his hip running down the leg hurts more.

You both do a lot of gardening, wonder if there is a connection.  My back is hurting more because Keith is using my heating pad-lol

Wishes your back continues to improve!!!!

I have now seen Kronborg (Elsinore) Castle in the flesh (or whatever).  Well, at least across the water from Kronborg.  We have Sweden on one side of the ship and Denmark on the other side of the ship.

Sounds lovely :)

DR TCB prior to the cruise were you informed of the activities you would not have access to?

No word from Kinko's . . .

Ohhhhh, so sorry.

Today's trade reviews for THE GREAT GATSBY are nothing to get excited about, but one line from the VARIETY critique made we LOL:  "...maintains something of a gussied-up holiday feel, like the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade as staged by Liberace."

Good morning.  The weekend was great.  The show is great, people love it!  Moving is coming along,  I have to start packing today, and I'm NOT looking forward to that process.

That's all I have.

It sounds pretty good.  I hate packing & do my best to avoid it.  Do you have any friends who enjoy it?
