I am watching Alain Delon in THE PURPLE NOON on TCM.....it's one of my favorite movies....the American movie The Talented Mr. Ripley was based on the same Patricia Highsmith novel.

Welcome home, DR TCB.

Moving is going to happen soon.  I get the keys next Saturday and I'll be moving little by little the next week and then the big stuff on the next Saturday.  I did end up taking the until with W/D - downside is it's small (600sq ft) and it's a little more expensive than I'd like at the moment.  But, the upside is that I'm 10 minutes from the church I work at, 1/2 mile from my family, and there's a dog park across the street for DD Ben.  It will all work out, I'm sure.  I hate packing, and that's what's next on the agenda.  I feel like I've packed my life up 2 times in the past 2 years.

Oh, wait.  I HAVE

I did a genius playlist on iTunes this morning using Rutter's "Blow Blow Thou Winter Wind" - and I get songs from Seussical and Disney's Aida   Not so genius this time, iTunes!

DR TCB - sorry to hear that the end of your trip is clouding your memories.  When we returned from England after our flight ordeal and I was so sick, it took several weeks for me to focus on anything other than that last awful day and my physical condition.  As Mabel says, "Time heals everything..."

Boy, do I not envy DR Matthew on the actual move -- even though I know through many personal experiences that getting settled into the new place is nearly always a wonderful thing.  Best of luck with all of it!

Headline:  "Dead Boston Bombing Suspect Buried"

I'm sure we are all glad it was the "dead" one that was buried.

From Bruce:
Quote
Note to whispering actors: It makes your performance anything but real, because in real life if you whisper like that when you’re talking to someone all you’ll get in return is, “Speak up, idiot, I can’t hear a word you’re saying.”

 ;D  LOVED your note!
