I use seasoned bread crumbs, a couple of eggs, Lipton's beefy onion soup mix (reconstituted with a little boiled water and some red cooking wine) and once the lovely loaf is made a little beef broth is poured over and around to help make a the base for a nice brown gravy --

and little new potatoes should be placed all around it in a pan so that they can roast in the drippings

Bruce I think you might have to quadruple your jog to work off the dinner but it is delish

It will be interesting to see how long it will take to replace or repair the bridge. It is going to cost the citizens of Washington millions of dollars in lost revenue every day that the bridge is down.

I love meatloaf. I make it two different ways. One way is just a normal meatloaf that I make if I am looking towards making sandwiches out of it. I make a more exotic pizza meatloaf if I am making it for company or for a main entrée for a potluck.
