And, of course, every other dear reader on this board deserves the highest form of bitch-slapping imaginable for not being here for this wonderful occasion.  Oh, well, it will be a nice surprise.

Jeez, DR Singdaw! It's about time you showed up!

I only begged you to come back when we recorded the Herbert songs in 2010!

I am very happy to see you!

I am going to try the new PF Chang's that just opened here.  Not sure what to expect since I have never tried this chain before. But I do love Chinese food. So i'm sure I will enjoy it.

Singdaw! So glad to see you.

He forgives me for not being here, because he knows I was at church today.

I fell asleep and dreamed that DR Singdaw had returned to HHW.

Isn't it nice when good dreams aren't dreams after all?

Welcome back, DR Singdaw!!!

DR ELMORE remember when you are driving a rental car you can tell which side the gas tank door is on by looking at the fuel gauge - the triangle next to a gas pump sign will indicate that for you.

REALLY??  I have never heard that before

Today is our Open House to open our season....which includes light refreshments and a few of the songs from You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown.

Tickets also go on sale - and there was NO presale for CB, so all of those parents and kids will be lined up to reserve 30 tickets each- even though they only need 6 or 7 - but Aunt Rose from Evansville said she MIGHT want to come....  I am sure no one told them that they can only reserve a total of TEN tickets without payment.....

That is from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m.  Then the board meeting....and then I get to come home!

I hope it's a huge success! How are you feeling about it?

DR cillaliz, I loved the photo of Callie you posted last night. DR Ben was right about the green eyes; the photo really catches them.

Thanks Elmore..she is continuing her birthday celebration by having the windows open in her room...well the room she chooses to be in almost all the time....she was laying in the sun on the window sill purring when I left the room

Today the sun came out.  Lately that means that it's time to do all the yard work because it's likely that there will be rain tomorrow.   So I mowed the yard and am now in the process of doing laundry.

I am hoping the rain holds off for a couple days as I really need the yard sprayed for ants and grubs and they are planning to come tomorrow or the next day

Frozen Organic Antioxident Berry Mix from COSTCO is causing hepatits A.  If you have used it...you need to get a vaccination as soon as possible

So, LEAVE HER TO HEAVEN is quite the film.  I'd never seen it, and this was a treat.  And that score, man.  Beautiful.

Thanks, bk and all DRs, for your warm welcome back. It is good to see you all.

You are very kind. In fact, you're every kind. [Victor/Victoria? Anyone??]

Diana Ross and the Supremes did a "cover" of a Jean Stapleton song.

The Supremes' "If A Girl Isn't Pretty" has been going around

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JYS1KekuXys

And then there is the real Miss Stapleton doing the same song, followed by Danny Meehan.
