Wednesday.

DR TCB the reason that there is an ensemble is twofold:

To sell tickets & to shut up the people who think it is our job to give their brats an opportunity to be onstage.....IN ADDITION TO THE TWO FREE WORKSHOPS we do every year.

Has any DR seen the OSCAR & FELIX update of THE ODD COUPLE by Mr Neil Simon?

Isn't there a female version available also?  I believe Sally Struthers and Rita moreno tried one in NYC at one point.)

Wednesday morning greetings!  Another beautiful day in SW Ohio - perfect for taking my mother to our favorite deli/meat market for lunch and shopping.

When "they" are the window washers at Dayton Children's Hospital, "they" wear Spiderman costumes!

I just tried to post a backstage photo from the LOMBARD production in Fort Wayne, but the file was too big, and I don't know how to make it smaller.

DR TCB, yes the suicide of the Bollywood actress Jiah Khan was very sad. She was only 25. Although she starred in three very popular movies, she hadn't worked in about 3 years and evidently her love life was in turmoil.

DR Druxy, if you download the photo to Photobucket or something similar then you can just copy and paste the URL into your HHW post.

Hopefully MR BK is feeling better.

My question for ASK BK Day:

What is your favorite Neil Simon play?
Which Neil Simon play was most successful as a film?

I wanted to get to sleep right after I posted the notes, but that was not to be because I made the mistake of trying to schedule them to post at 12:01.  They didn't.  Then I tried to undo the schedule and I couldn't so I had to redo from scratch.  then I posted and it had the wrong date, which made no sense since it was already 12:15 and I've been posting just after midnight and it's been fine up till now.  Then I changed the date manually and it reverted back to the previous day's notes and still showed the new notes as "scheduled".  Then I saw that according to when things were being posted that it was still the 4th and 23.14 which means that when the tech changed the clock to the proper time zone somehow it's an hour off.  I did the whole thing again and the new notes posted at 12:45 our time, even though it still said (and says) the 4th because the clock is off.  I left it that way and wrote several scathing e-mails about it to our tech and told him I'm never going through this again and that he had to call me the minute he walked in the door - so, filled with nausea and having eaten nothing all day and had nothing more liquid-wise that a couple of sips of 7-Up I went to bed and fell asleep after one.  And, of course, the doorbell rang at eight.

The answer to the feeling better is unknown to me now - I hope so is the answer, but with drilling and grogginess I have no clew.

Many vibes that you feel  better, BK, and soon! And don't let yourself get dehydrated. That will make you feel even worse.

I think I find the place where the timeout issue might be addressed - according to what's checked in there, there should be no timeout for 2880 seconds, which is forty-eight minutes - obviously it's timing out after five.  But there's something else there that's not checked and we'll look at that when the tech gets in - it may help with the timeouts but I don't want to enable it without him on the phone with me.

Since I'm stuck home waiting for delivery, I decided I would do laundry and all hell is breaking loose at the laundromat. The Downy Fabric Softener people have taken over the place; there are decals all over the floors, every washer has a big Downy poster stuck to it facade, photographers are going crazy, the ratio of people is one customer to about five Downy ladies in white uniforms offering to do your laundry - and pay for it - for you. What they were not prepared for was my bad attitude about unsolicited favors and unwanted hoards.

It's timing out in less than five minutes, BK!
