I was rooting for Spike; I liked Billy when he was on ONE LIFE TO LIVE.I wonder, DR Cillaliz, if DROOD wasn't mentioned in the opening because it's no longer running. This show has become all about getting tourist butts into theatre seats and the cast coildn't be a part of the opening's routines.I think that's probably true. I know they aren't performing a number, but you'd think you could say the name of the show. I don't believe they named the two shows nominated for Best Musial that have already closed, either.

Not looking at Facebook anymore - it just brings out the stupid in people like nothing else and that includes some of the people who are up for awards.

Oh, for the days when the awards were held in normal B'way theaters and the theater community was the audience - not rabid, screaming kiddies.Where do teenagers get $200.00 per ticket?

I've been watching William Castle's Mr. Sardonicus.
Those are two separate thoughts, BTW.
At first I thought Fairy Godmother still had her Old Crone dress stuck to her backside....
