DR George, as I read DR Cillaliz's post about potato skins, I instantly pictured T.G.I. Friday's as one of the quintessential places for that!

I get the skins in the freezer from time to time. I think Applebees may have them too, but they are few and far between these days

Show was good tonight for a Thursday. Nice crowd. Had to wear a knit cap to cover my now shorn head as it got colder as the night went on, which really works well for this show.
