Well, you've read the notes, the notes had bells that were not missing, and now it is time for you to post until the missing cows come home.

I was also very pleased to receive DR FJL's first tome. I note that it says "Volume 1."

Hoping that more volumes may soon follow.

Thanks, singdaw!

Volume 1 is categories from A to B, which includes AIG bailout, Barack, Broadway, Bette and Babs, American Idol, my plan assuming this catches on at all had been to proceed through the alphabet categorically (C through D so far includes Divas, Dancing with the Stars, Cher, Disney spoofs, Christmas spoofs, Cinema, the Charts).  Divas, as you can imagine, allows a wide range.

To celebrate finding those missing bells I would have sung

You gotta ring them bells, you gotta ring them bells
You gotta make 'em sing and really ring them bells
It's such a happy thing to hear 'em ting a ling
You gotta ring them bells

Or since you are doing Shire/Maltby

I hear bells
In the autumn night
Distant bells that no one hears

One more

I can hear the bells
My head is spinning
I can hear the bells
Something's beginning

Just notice I recently passed 11,000 posts. Not a lot compared to some of our other DR. But this is a count from a second go around. At one point our posting count was reset and we had to start from fresh

ASK BK #1

What were your most challenging remastering/remixing of soundtrack/cast recordings?

ASK BK #2

After FOLLIES you mentioned that you were looking at some other CAPITOL cast recordings to remix. Where are you with those shows?

DR JOHN G mentioned THE SHUTTERED ROOM - which is supposed to take place somewhere in the northeastern US but was filmed in England...it is a strange film.

In this particular film, Oliver Reed wears the TIGHTEST jeans I have ever seen on film on any person....it is really kind of fascinating to see....if one is interested in such things.

Good morning, all! Last night was a restless night, filled with nightmares about my family that creeped me out. All I recall now is that both my late parents made appearances, but not in the same dream.  The dream in which my dad and brother Macbeth showed up involved serial killers, some nasty killing group, preparations for a church revival meeting, and a stretch  country road; it was very ugly.

I have - quelle surprise! - no plans today beyond this Jerome Moross conference call at 11:00.  After that, I do need to walk to a post box and send out my Medicare payment.

I disagree with BK. I think that removing bread, rice and pasta from your diet (huge carbs) will allow a person to lose weight much more easily.  Obviously if you eat junk food and tons of desserts instead it might not help.  But in my experience less carbs = a much easier time losing weight.  I also think that eating healthier foods (lots of fruits and vegetables) is a big factor as well.

You can choose BK's route and do a certain amount of calories for sure. But much easier the above way (not that it is easy to cut out those foods - it's hard).

Re the notes - I'm not sure what sundried projects are unless they are those very tasty tomatoes. Shouldn't it read sundry projects?
