I very much dislike "revisionist" history movies like Lee Daniels' The Butler....and I particularly am not interested in seeing a movie that tells me that one black butler was the one who raised the consciousness of every president he served under and was responsible for changing the course of history and policy.

It doesn't bother me so much in a film like Saving Mr Banks - because it's not world changing that P L Travers really hated the movie version of Mary Poppins....

I loved all of those seasonal movies and I can't remember all of the titles. The one with Summer and another with Autumn. Good Morning is a charming comedy.

I read it a while back. As someone who vastly prefers watching Julia Child to any contemporary food show, I enjoyed the descriptions of the "old-school" personalities and techniques. The memoir portion was less memorable, and I didn't really get a feel (or care much, quite frankly) for the character of the narrator, probably because her life to that point really wasn't all that astonishing.
