I downloaded Whatsapp onto my mobile phone so that I can carry on texts with my friends in India. Well, two of them.

I have no clue what my Whatsapp number is, however. Is it my cell phone number?

I dunno.

Steve, were he still alive but for a blood clot which killed him far too young, would have been 88 years old yesterday.

A question for the group:

The symphony here is in the midst of a Dvorak festival. I haven't been able to make anything yet, but next weekend they are doing a semi-staged version of Rusalka with the opera company. Tickets start at $25.

But Kristin Chenoweth, whom I have never seen live, is coming to town two weeks later. Tickets for that start at $50.

I can only go to one. Which would you choose?

Kristin Chenoweth. She is amazing.

I've walked to and from the bank.  The streets are really cleared, and all the slick sidewalks I expected to hit were shoveled.

Thank you, all, for you vibes and support. It is greatly appreciated.

Laugh at this one if you will, but I'm going out with friends to see FAST TIMES AT RIDGEMONT HIGH at the local bijou.  I'm not sure I've ever seen all of it, or just stumbled across a scene or two on cable a couple of times.  But what the hell.  Right?  What the HELL.
