Our roads are pretty clear today, so hopefully I won't have any trouble.

I also like working with MOST of the kids....the ones who are dedicated are really good....and then there are THE OTHERS.  I think some of them thought that this would just be the easiest Winter Term project....at least two other groups did some traveling....one group to NYC and one group to Italy....so maybe these are the kids who didn't have the $$$$ to do those projects.

Page Two cold weather Dance.

Four degrees here - feels like minus nine degrees.

This from Shar0n Farre11 on Facebook:

"it's is very difficult working with a bad actor."

I think this is some of that irony that DR SINGDAW writes about.

I've only got four little teeny tiny degrees here, with a wind chill of -12.

The neighbor has plowed, but I must still go out there and use the snowblower to clean up the edges and do a couple of sections the plow can't do.  Not looking forward to that, no sir.

A question for the group:

The symphony here is in the midst of a Dvorak festival. I haven't been able to make anything yet, but next weekend they are doing a semi-staged version of Rusalka with the opera company. Tickets start at $25.

But Kristin Chenoweth, whom I have never seen live, is coming to town two weeks later. Tickets for that start at $50.

I can only go to one. Which would you choose?
