DR Matthew's avatar quote is from Cinderella's prince in Into the Woods.

Yes, definitely what Sing-a-Long said.   I was raised to be sincere, charm is just luck :)

They're claiming what the cops who clocked Justin Bieber at 55-60 mph didn't know was that the rental place had a tracking device on its cars that said he was going more like 34 mph.   The story gets stranger and stranger.

I am caring for my rash. Everyone I talk to tells me they've either had this or knows someone else who did and how awful it is. I can confirm that it is NOT pleasant. Sleeping is tough and insufficient sleep doesn't help. I will try to nap. I will say this: I've sung the BioMat's praises before and I shall sing them again--infrared heat is soooo soothing! It reduces pain and doesn't seem to bother the rash at all.

I'm glad you are finding some relief.

MEGA VIBES THIS DOESN'T LAST LONG!!!

Had some bacon and eggs, did some banking, went to pick up some packages but the ridiculous mail lady was still at her truck sorting things and I didn't feel like waiting around - she takes her sweet time and doesn't care how long it takes.  So, if something arrives I'll have to go back there.

I've written three pages so far - now I'll take a thirty minute break, then try to write three more, then another break, then three more - that's my goal for today.

It's about time to close up Toyland and head uptown for my meeting with Kevin and DJ about "Christmas Up The Holler."  This building turns the heat down over the weekend and it is freezing here.  I did my scans, my printing, my binding and my emails. I also finished my mystery.

Surprise, surprise ;)

What does surprise me is how early the decision was made.  Remember last week when I was up and showered and made-up and halfway dressed before it was called off?  No 5:20am alarm for me tomorrow!

Been trying to read some stuff for class. But I've been sleeping more than reading. Still, I'm really enjoying this book on Oklahoma! And the further it goes along and the more analytical it gets of the final product, the better and more interesting it is.

I didn't think of that but it seems to be.  He didn't show books or paintings or much of anything homey.

I guess they realized their error and want to sleep in tomorrow.

SingaSong, you saw my friend Sally Wingert as Fräulein Schneider. She's an amazing actor. She was at the Guthrie for 25 years until they stopped signing actors for full seasons. Most of her work has been in Minnesota but she's been on Broadway, she went to London with La Bete and she's been in other regional theatres around the country.

What is La Bete?

I want this book, with this cover.  I found a nice hard copy but it has a different cover that only shows a little bit of the pup under the counter.

From DR TCB:
Quote
The entire State of Washington has gone Seahawk crazy!

The women at our check-out counter at Costco was wearing a Seahawk shirt.

Ah, I am glad that Costco in Oegon continues to hire employees with good taste!    :D :D
