Well, you've read the notes, the notes had gluten and plenty of it, and now it is time for you to post until the gluten free cows come home.

Being first means you have to take the trash out and walk the dog.

Good morning, all! I had a horrible time settling in to sleep last night, but I then slept very well. After the referral mess on Monday, I return to physical therapy, and I'll leave for that in about 90 minutes.

When I get home, I'll do some work on the ROBERTA libretto,  tidy up a bit, and take a nap.

TOD:
I like P.G. Wodehuse's comedy lyrics, so here are some things from his shows with Kern:
Solo
It's A Sure, Sure Sign
Napoleon
Duet
Bungalow in Quogue
Our Little Nest
I Never Knew About You
Flubby Dub the Caveman
Dear Old Prison Days
Tulip Time In Sing Sing

Others:
A Good Thing He Can't Read My Mind
Lizzie Borden
The Ballad of the Shape of Things
I Wanna Get Married
My Simple Christmas Wish
Rumble Rumble Rumble

For the record, BK:

I have been gluten free for a couple of years, and since I have been, I feel much better than before.

I have heard some people refer to their approach to food as "flexitarian."

I have been reading Stephen King's book on writing (On Writing: A Memoir of the Craft). It is interesting, and a lot of it seems to square with bk's description of his writing process and experience.

I have been a nervous wreck all morning waiting for my sister to call. My niece was doing a retelling of a story for a competition at her school (in front of the whole school and the parents of the kids doing it).  I just found out that it well very well.  They are just waiting for the results.

Thursday morning greetings!  It's sunny, but cold and blustery here in SW Ohio today.  I have several errands and appointments this afternoon, starting with a haircut at 12:30.

BK, gluten free is not just a fad. Gluten intolerance is quite a serious problem for many people including a young lady that I work with who was constantly, painfully sick off and on for years until the doctors recently discovered that gluten was the problem.

Since she went gluten free two years back she has had excellent health.

DR Ron Pulliam has helped me recall some songs for the TOD: Several songs from LIL ABNER and at least one or two from FLOWER DRUM SONG.

Still not awake enough to remember any titles.

Happy to see that finally, the south Indian film industry has tried a (serious) gay themed movie. It looks pretty good. It is a Malayalam language film.

And speaking of Indian films, I have finally another interview up on-line. It is with actor Deep Joshi. He has done some excellent work in the past, and appears to be continuing to do so. His next couple of films look to be quite good!

If you are interested in his story, just click here: http://pedrotheapebomb.wordpress.com/2014/02/26/interview-with-deep-joshi/

My boss has just informed me that there are changes in the works that will affect how I create contract numbers for our leases.   He's not sure we will be told when the changes take place, only that they'll take place and we'll have to play catch-up.

It's the County way.
