Okay, so finally, after posting about the oak stereo rack or whatever it was originally called, this will probably be a letdown, but here it is:

The bottom shelf was, of course, designed for holding records, and those are what remain of the soundtrack albums.

(The rest of the records cover an entire wall, I'm afraid, and while it's a nice ~~collection~~ accumulation, it all needs to be whittled down further. At its peak several years ago, I estimated it to be some 5,000 albums. Oy!)

Since these components sit on a side wall (with the TV at the "front" of the room), I'd had trouble with the signals from the remotes reaching their intended targets from the couch, so moving the Blu-ray player and cable box to the corner and putting them at an angle was just the ticket.

I didn't, back in the day, but I lusted after it in every Pacific Stereo store I entered! I bought this one from a guy on eBay several years ago who proved to be totally reliable on this stuff, and it's in wonderful condition.
