Signing is April 20, a Sunday - we used to do Saturdays but Sundays they say are better - I think we did that last year, too.

Easter Sunday...

Tonight on ENCORE FAMILY at 10:25 p.m. EST we have THE LONG HOT SUMMER with Newman, Woodward, Welles, Franciosa, and Remick.....I think I will watch it.

Tonight (actually, in about a half hour), I will be leaving work to go downtown to see an evening of improv, Something Wicked Strikes Back!.  Several of the improvers are friends of mine, and I missed their first show, so I'm looking forward to it.  They're going to do one every other month, but since it's all improv, every show will be very different.  I actually paid for a ticket!  I'm not ushering for it.  That'll be really weird! ;)

Why don't people know these things - I'm not doing it on Easter Sunday, so I'll make it the week before or the week after.

Had you put it on your calendar yet?  It should show have Easter on it.

I'm going to change it to Saturday of the week - just easier all around, because then we'll be in rehearsal for Abner and I can get some of the students to come down so we have a nice, full signing.

Back from Divergent. The new theatre is pretty nice. They made 12 inches of extra leg room so that was crazy. People could pass by you while you were sitting.

The movie was very good. From what I remember of the book it seemed to follow a lot of it very closely.

My only small problem with the theatre was that the smell of paint was too strong for me personally. I had to hold a candy to my nose. It was fine during the movie. But the movie didn't start on time. So it bothered me more then.

It was very good. I think fans of the books will be happy. I may have to re-read the last parts of the book to check how similar it was to the movie. Oops scratch that since I lent my copy to my sister who is not the fastest reader. Oh well i'm sure somebody will go through a check list of what was added/missing.

One thing I noticed is that Kate Winslet is in the movie. And I guess they wanted to show her a lot. So they seemed to focus on her in a lot of scenes. I'm also wondering if they added a few scenes for her. I'll have to look into this.

One week off from tap class and we all acted as if our feet were tied together. It was fairly funny, but very energizing.
