I haven't seen Tv since last year's Tonys. A lot of music in the second half. Not all of it good.

You haven't seen TV in a year?

Have you been boarding  with DR Laura?

I'll have to wait 'til morning for the West Coast reactions to the Tony broadcast - 'night!

Really enjoyed the opening number - so much better, for me at least, than the smarmy, winking stuff Neil Patrick Harris does.  Mr. Jackman has real charm and it's never winky winky.

The After Midnight stuff was not thrilling to me and is just not anything I'd ever be interested in seeing.

Nice tribute by Mr. Rylance to Sam Wanamaker, who I had the pleasure of dining with at one of my cousin's seders.  He was accompanied at that meal by Jan Sterling.  It was all downhill after that year :)

For those splitting their posting time between Facebook and here - I can guarantee you many more are seeing here than the two people there :)

I talk to my friends wherever they happen to live  its not about the number of people who see  my posts its about the specific people who see them

I don't know what this means but I'm sure it's meant as a rebuke of some sort.  Consider me rebuked.

I just never watch it at home. Wouldn't have seen the Tonys if I hadn't been in the wilds of New Hampshire.

They have strange marketing. I was interested in seeing it only when k.d. lang was in it. But then the producers released videos of her three numbers. So why would I need to see the show?

Aladdin - wow - does anyone know how to choreograph originally anymore?  And without resorting to the splits and back flips?  And without resorting to fireworks to pump up the end of the number?  And have a ride out instead of a one measure ending?  Think Hello, Dolly - one of the greatest show stoppers in history - not a flashing light in sight, no fireworks, no back flips or splits.  Go know.

I don't know why I'm in such a food mood these days - I need to lose the weight I gained about ten pounds maybe even fifteen, but all I want to do is EAT.

Thanks for all the comments and concern about DR DD Zach.  He is low energy today, but he has eaten a little bit, with no resulting emanations from either end. So all in all, hopeful progress.     :)
