There was a ton of noise coming from the stairwell, and I was hoping it was the elevator service. Nope, just the 5th floor crew dragging something big, clunky, and noisy down the stairs.

John, I wanted to let you know that I bought a barbeque sandwich from a food truck yesterday. A first for me.

I'm thinking more of you as the person who put "the ape in apricot" rather than as a "hottentot".

I could be wrong.

Busy doings at DR Ginny's house today!

Yes, DR Singdaw, it's kind of like HGTV-land here.  And it'll probably be that way off and on for the next couple of weeks.

I took a short break to go to the bank to add my signature and the new treasurer's to the AAUW account and to pick up Scotch for Mom.  Richard's about finished with the second coat on the walls, so I'll have lunch and get back to work on the trim.

Ask BK:   Any hints, or clews, as to the next Kritzerland release?

Oh, and today's topic reminded me of Allan Sherman's classic "You Went the Wrong Way, Old King Louie:"
That's why the people are revolting, 'cause Louie/ you're pretty/ revolting yourself!

It has got to be better than that "Louie" number from Victor/Victoria!       :P

That was a bad song. Horribly bad.

Anything is better than the Broadway score for Victor/Victoria! Even Frank (ugh!) Wildhorn

Didn't Wildhorn work on that score after Mancini died?

It was good, but it seemed kinda pricy for the very small amount of meat on the sandwich.

Ron, next up should be a fun release.  A Kritzerland returnee composer - two scores, one a world premiere, on one CD.

Nothing worse than a very small amount of meat on a sandwich.

Except for a very large amount of bad-tasting meat on a sandwich.
