I kind of like the slogan from the American Composer's Forum:   Reminding you that all music was once new.

Last night our Act One was only 90 minutes long.....but that was because Sheridan Whiteside was only doing about half of his lines......

Banjo was a success with MANY laughs, so I was happy about that!  Tonight is a dress rehearsal for production photos....so we shall see what happens.

It was a nice audience of friends....about 25 people....so that was nice to hear some response.l

WOW - what a big pumpkin!       ;D

Are you using "pumpkin" as a euphemism?

I scrubbed so long and so hard that a calvous was created on the heel of my right hand.

I asked this once before (I think), but I don't recall your commenting:  Do you sing at all as Banjo?

Mardi evening greetings from Montparnasse!  The group tour part of our trip ended this morning when we disembarked in Arles.  Richard and I had a smooth train journey back to Paris and are now reconnecting with family and friends.  I haven't yet reviewed all the posts from when we were off line, but I promise I will soon.

Hope someone saw and shared my Facebook post about the expensive wi-fi on the boat.  Five Euros per hour, per device with no guarantee that you wouldn't get knocked off if we entered a lock - non, merci!

Hi everyone!  It's been a while.

Lots of things have gone down here in this lovely town of San Mateo in the last few months.  Some good, some not-so-good and others challenging and all mostly positive.

I journeyed to Europe in August.  It was a trip of a lifetime, Rome, Venice, Vienna, Bochum (yes, I stopped in Bochum to see Starlight Express and finishing off in Amsterdam.  My trip blog can be found HERE it's almost completed.

Palo Alto Players opens the west coast premiere of Andrew Lippa's Big Fish this weekend.  It's a great show and I'm very proud of it.

Other than that, DD Ben and I are dancing through life.

Favorite fruit: Raspberries. Don't want them in anything, just fresh. I love apples, too, just about any way, as long as they are tart.

Just back from getting my seasonal flu shot. I asked about the quad, DR Cillaliz, but apparently there were production problems, and they aren't expecting any supply of that here for at least another month. So I got the regular shot.
