Voldemort is basically a middle school girl: he has a locket, a diary, a tiara, a ring, and is completely obsessed with a teenage boy.

DR Cilla, or anyone else who has a Kindle app on their non Kindle reader....

Do you have any problems reading on the app?  I have trouble keeping the light where I want it.

New fridge is here!  Now I have to make myself presentable and meet Richard for dinner with the Reformed Episcopals - bye for now!

Don't you hate that they always arrive at the end of the delivery window? You wait all that time and they arrive at the end. Why can't they just tell you it will be at the end of the day?

I haven't read a book lately on my Surface (where I have the Kindle App)  I didn't have problems with the last one I read.

Last time I got something I was planning on the end of the window and they arrived right away.  They almost caught me in my pjs

We'd better have us a frenzy or three really soon or this does not bode well for the future and long time denizens of this here board will want those good bodes.

I found out yesterday a good friend of my from my days of being on the board of a national criminal lawyers association committed suicide last week.  I used to be very active in the organization and went to board meetings all over the country.  I haven't been active in about 5-6 years, but Bill was one of my best friends in the organization.  We didn't have a lot of communication outside of the group although we were FB friends.  I'm really shocked.  He was one of the funniest and nicest people I know.  He was a fabulous lawyer, so I'm sure he wasn't always nice to everyone. But he was to me, and I'll miss him

It was a glorious day here.  I took the afternoon off.  I did take some fall leaf photos, I haven't downloaded them yet.  If there are any good ones I'll post a couple for DR Laura

I mostly watched it on the weather channel.  My mom took a negative and held it up, she said you could see it perfectly

Tomorrow will be the end of the first week without an assistant....again.  I have to say I've gotten more done this week than in the whole month before.   I'm not in any hurry to get a new assistant right nwo
