I'm up.  I am having trouble figuring how much I really slept but I know it was at least nine hours, maybe even a bit more.  I woke up just before noon, which, of course, is now just before eleven.

Page three?  Really?  Of course we're really on page four, but due to the change in time we're on page three.

Since all of us slept an extra hour, and those hours add up, that's why we're behind a bit.

I believe that everything today is one thing behind.  So, tonight perhaps we'll do our previous show instead of tonight's show.

Or you can do the old show an hour early, and then start the current show at the correct time.

Sunday afternoon greetings!  Back from Lima where Fr. Richard conducted a very nice All Saints/All Souls service.  We stopped at Kroger on our way back into town and are now in for the evening.

So, I'm going to bed now because I have to work concessions this afternoon.  What was I thinking??  Fortunately, I don't need to be at the theater until 1:30 pm.  I'm bringing my Kindle, so I'll have something to do when I'm not watching the student orchestras.

Have a good day, all!

Well, it turns out that my call time isn't until 2:30!  So, I can dilly-dally and ketchup on the posts even longer. :)

Congrats to DR GEORGE on his successful DEAD run.

Vibes to DR SINGDAW on his ALL SOULS musical venture this morning.

It is 26 degrees here.....oh now it is 28 degrees....heat wave.

Feel better vibes for DR VIXMOM and DR TCB.

Thanks, Jrand!

Well, now that I've caught up, it's time for me to leave.  I have to take a shower, get dressed and go downtown to concess.

Be back later

The new laptop is set up and it will be delivered this weekend on a trip to Long Island.

I'm sure all the work you did will be greatly appreciated.

DR Jennifer, was OMENS a quick read like her other books?  I just got it in from my library and prefer to read it before another book that must be read in time for my book group discussion on the 11th

Are you talking about Kelley Armstrong?   Is it a quick read like what other books (her Nadia Stafford series?).  The book is almost 500 pages.  It actually took me more than a week to read it (although i do not know what else i was doing at the time).  I have actually already read book two in the series, Visions. I enjoyed both very much.

Since I needed to begin a book last night I took my chances it would be a quick read, and it is.  I'm already on chapter 32.  I'm enjoying it very much.

I just recommended my eBook library get "Visions".   I haven't had much luck lately with them purchasing my suggestions.

It took me a long time to figure out how to change the time on one of my phones.  It was some crazy combination of buttons to finally see the time key.

That reminds me I have to change the clock in my car.

When I am sick I wash or purrell my hands every time I blow my nose. Do not like spreading germs!

Obviously DR Vixmom's co worker didn't do this.

We went out for brunch today.  We both had a cup of the pumpkin bisque.  The service was unusually slow today so there was a bit of time between eating the soup and our main dish.  I mentioned to Keith I wasn't feeling too hot, and then I was a bit nauseated & I thought it was the soup.  To my surprise he felt the same way.  We were fine by the time we left but it was odd we both had the same reaction.  The soup was good.
