Good morning, all! Yes, I too thought it was Friday, which is sad since this year has gone too fast and too miserably for my taste.

The computer news was quite a bummer, since it was an aggravation I really do not need at this time and, whether it needs serious repair or a new purchase, I really cannot afford either. My Mac Man thinks he can clean the hard drive and get it back into running condition, so I hope he's right.

DR Cillaliz, thanks for the link to the Stephen Collins article. I worked with Collins in 2000 and we communicated by email for several years. He was friendly and supportive during an ugly production situation with an asshole director who didn't do his homework or research and was completely dismissive of my work. I really appreciated that and I thought him a really good man. I'm not excusing his behavior, but I do wish him well.

I was surprised on reading the article at the author's grammatical errors. The dumbing down of America continues.

DR Jane yes I did get my flu shot (early for here, in November).

I am still not feeling great. But better than yesterday. The cold has moved down to my throat and chest. So if i cough it doesn't feel great. Not sure what to do. I keep drinking warm things, taking warm showers and popping ricolas.

I am the cleanest person around. I took 7 showers yesterday and six the day before.

It just feels so good on my chest.

Druxy, you're a sweetheart for playing along with the calendar mishap. I, too, had to check my computer calendar because quite simply, when is Bruce ever wrong? Never, that's when! - until today and it's a sad day indeed. If Bruce's fixes the Notes and comes up with a new TOD, I wonder what new TOD he'll come up with. The suspense is killing me. And by the time he fixes it, I'll be at work where this website is restricted, and I won't see it for another nine hours later. By that time, the suspense will have killed me and I will be dead...dead and buried in the ground. What the Hell am I talking about?!
