Haven't had time to follow up on your magnesium suggestion yet.

I heard a new Internet term today: FVG for full-volume guffaw. The wordsmith felt LOL is too limiting.

Magnesium threonate is the best form for migraines, IMO. But in the throes of a migraine I'd think that any form of magnesium would do. My osteopath now has no more headaches due to mag threonate. We are both using Life Extension's Neuro Mag. Pricey, but I use the cheaper forms daily and keep Neuro Mag when I feel a headache coming on.

I was amazed: so many know so little about something they claim to know so much about, and then Mr Lockharts, who owns a PhD. in Smugness, Condescension, and Belligerence, takes every half-assed claim in a talkback as veritable truth. And insults anyone within a million yard radius as well. Oy!

I have been sitting here refreshing my screen like crazy waiting for my niece's swimming results.  She did great. And thankfully she swam 8 races and was not disqualified. They are extremely picky at the meet she is at. So far in the relays 4 out of the 6 teams (not hers) have been disqualified.

How very disappointing for the teams that were disqualified.  Congrats to your niece.

This pool is known to disqualify a lot.  Sadly the #1 team from my niece's pool got disqualified. They would have come in first (not that they get medals or anything).
