Magnesium threonate is the best form for migraines, IMO. But in the throes of a migraine I'd think that any form of magnesium would do. My osteopath now has no more headaches due to mag threonate. This pool is known to disqualify a lot. Sadly the #1 team from my niece's pool got disqualified. They would have come in first (not that they get medals or anything).

Why are they disqualified? Is it something the children or the coach do wrong or for something they can't really help?

Sunday evening greetings! Today was a Lima day for us and I woke up at 4:30am, an hour earlier than necessary. Needless to say, I had to have a nap when we got home. Slept for 2 hours in my recliner and feel much better.

Yes, Jeanne, this is one of the pressure ovens. You don't use the pressure part for all of your cooking, but I assume that the pressure is why you can cook a 10 lb. turkey in 45 minutes. I will let you know how I like it.

This afternoon, I watched an intersting previous TV version of THE FLASH. John Wesley Shipp played the title character. He is a very handsome man (or he was in 1990), but not a great actor.

We made good time since it was 3:45 am and managed to completely avoid hitting
1) the jeep with 3 wheels half on the center meridian and half on the left lane
2) the 4th wheel which was standing up right in the center lane
3) the 2 persons, dressed in black , standing in the right lane
4) the huge shock absorber spring in the left Lane
