Kevin, please keep on them - this is totally on them - they have blocked the site and need to unblock it.  My guy told me that happens when sites are off-line as long as we were and then come back, but said in his experience the block goes away almost immediately.  You need to tell them that's what happened and get them to the site so they can get the IP address and unblock.

We got another few inches of snow.   Then it's going to be freezing rain.  Then rain tomorrow, with temps in the 40's.  Then back to the 20's Monday.

BK--I read to them part of the email from your guy.  They said they never block sites.   They had the IP address for the site and had me type in the numbers in the "trace route" test.   I'll send an email to the woman I spoke with.

today we are serving meatloaf,  oven baked sliced  red potatoes, corn, salad, rolls and whatever desserts are donated

There was gravy and the potatoes were very good

Is it legal to serve meatloaf without mashed potatoes and gravy?

Maybe one of you computer-savvy people can advise me.  When I was talking to the last woman she had me disconnect my router and plug the cord from the modem directly to my computer to see if that made a difference.  Of course, it didn't.  So after I hung up I put things back the way they were and now my internet is not secure because it doesn't require a password.  The name of the internet account is Linksys, which is the router brand.  Anyone know how I set it up so a password is required again?

Looking forward to the Oscars even though I've seen only one nominated film, that I can think of:  Into the Woods.

Watching Doc Martin.  I've never seen them in order.  I should check to see if they're on Netflix.

Ok, this is a serious question...other than the gimmick of the 12 years filming with the same actors, what about Boyhood is so good?   It didn't seem to have a plot, there were many scenes just left unresolved and I thought the transitions were abrupt and rough in some circumstances and difficult to ascertain in some of the earlier segments. Don't post spoilers without a warning, but I"m not sure there are any real spoilers cause I'm not sure there's even a plot to spoil

I think I'll pass on this movie. It does sound boring.

And to conclude my Dublin weekend, Joe Csibi one of our Dublin producers, just called me. Something's in the air.  Well, there always is in Manhattan.

Hopefully, it turns out to be a good something in the air. :)

Just heard we're sold out tonight.  The Shermans will be there, too, so that will be fun.

Congrats!  Break More Legs tonight!!

The wedding reception is still going on three floors above our room and the beat is driving us slowly crazy down here as we try to chill out before bed.

Hope they end soon.

It's time to pack up and get ready to leave early in the morning. The weather is going to get much colder real soon, so I'm almost glad to be leaving the island. I'd rather just think of the place as a source of warmth.

But it also means getting back to reality. That part I don't like.

I don't know.  That's why I was wondering if anyone had tasted them.

I saw them for sale in a catalog.  It said they were made in Ohio, thus the name.
