Jane, you are in an enviable position, as you do not have to move. Was the inspection report an accurate evaluation of your house?

I wonder if Costco is hiring  I hear they are listed alone of the best employers in the us

Costco is an excellent company, in my opinion. They have a happy workforce, which seldom leaves. (not so good for you, though.)

Are there any other real estate attorneys you could work for? Surely you have valuable skills. Or did all that dry up during the real estate meltdown a few years ago?

I, more importantly Keith, think so.

You were also in that position when you moved.

DR Vixmom, I just realized I did not respond to your question last night.  We received the inspection results this afternoon.

Oh.  No I'm not that brave. But I figured I would mix a bit of April fool with daydreaming

Well, it's time for me to leave work and go home.  I MUST do laundry tonight because I have to wash my costumes...which are all my own clothes.  It's convenient, but if people know me, they've already seen me wear everything that I wear in the show.

Be back later.

We're being treated to quite a thunder and lightning storm here tonight. Crazy weather - a few days ago, we had snow still on the ground. Today it broke 80 degrees.

Still fuming over that London friend.  I was looking forward to seeing him, but clearly I am not on his list of priorities. I may not be so quick to help him out when he sends a request for a favor.

I understand how you feel. I feel that way with a lot of my friends. There's a lot of talk about being there for your friends, but I actually see very little of it--for me or others.

After that tsuris, another friend called me to ask me to see HONEYMOON IN VEGAS tomorrow night. That made me feel a bit better.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~  Healing vibes for DR Jeanne!  ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Hope you enjoy the show, Elmore. Sorry to hear it's closing. Want a full report.
Many Many vibes to TCB, it sounds like what you have is similar to what I had.   I had similar meds and they really helped.  I am finally well, but it hung on for weeks.  I sort of feel like I lost March
So, Vixmom, did you quit? Or was that an April Fools comment? Inquiring minds want to know.
I got new glasses today.  I'm still getting used to them.  I thought they were going to make them the same as my last ones, with transitions lenses, but she didn't and didn't ask.  I'm going to try them for the weekend and if I decide I want the transitions, they will send them back and give them to me without charge.   So, I've got a few days to decide. I do have prescription sunglasses, so I may decide not to do it this time
