  • Dance, if it makes you happy.

We did a team-building exercise at a golf center. I felt very unteam oriented. I haven't had a golf club in my hand in 30+ years. I was not amused.

And the food sucked.

Waiting at the doctor's office for a physical. First I've ever had.

I'd rather be napping.

DR John G. - perhaps the ulterior motive was to bond you as a team over the shared dismal food/conditions.        :)

And I am home from Tams-Witmark. Finished about half the work, and I'll go back in on Friday and hopefully finish up.

Next, a market trip.

My question for ASK BK DAY.....please rate these 50's rock girl singers in order of your appreciation of their music:

Connie Francis
Annette
Dodie Stevens

Connie first, of course, then Annette and Dodie I don't really know.

I'm up, of course.  I got over nine hours of sleep, then had to run out to the meeting, which was fun.  Now I'm back.

The arm is perhaps the same or maybe a bit worse today - don't really know how to describe it other than it's like fatigue - it feels like I've been lifting heavy weights for an hour.  Shoulder seems to be a bit better though.  Maybe this is how it runs its course - I sure hope so.  Hard to even pick up a glass of Diet Coke at lunch.

I tried out a new massage therapist today. I'd really like to find a good one. Today's person was pretty good; I'll probably see her again.

I was lunching in Culver City, on a patio, when a gust of wind came up and blew my salad right off my fork! I've never had that happen before!

Then I visited a jeweler to have my watch battery replaced. He only charged me $7! I often must pay $20. I'll keep him in mind.

If you have a strained muscle or ligament it would feel fatigued. I'm concerned about the severity of it, though.
