What a coincidence!  I need to do loads of laundry, too.

That may be because there's always lots of it to be done.

At least in my life.

In today's Comedy of Errors - a week ago, our musical director called (I have a vague memory of it) to ask if he and Gloria Loring could rehearse today.  I told him yes and asked him to remind me.  Yesterday, for reasons no one understands, he told me she'd be at the stumble-through - maybe he didn't mean to say that but he most certainly did - I heard it and I said, "Wow, great news."  Today, she shows up at three-thirty and I tell her no, the stumble-through is tomorrow.  She's confused, I'm confused, and we have a nice chat and she leaves, deciding we can meet early before sound check.  Fine.  Then the MD shows up fifteen minutes later.  He denies he told me the stumble-through but I can see on his face he knows he did.  We called her but she was already too far away.  But the most annoying thing is - even with the miscommunication, if he'd just damn well showed up on time there would have been no problem at all!

Good afternoon.  At this moment I am the owner of a "remarkable" gallbladder that is "completely full of giant stones"  oh joy.  I meet the surgeon on Tuesday.  The good news is they don't see anything else wrong with me at the moment, so, after this is done I should be doing great

Yikes!! :o

I suspect most of the US is taking Friday as a holiday.

It is our birth right!

I'll be at work tomorrow.  We have three options when a national holiday falls on a day where we (individually) don't work.  We can:

1:  Take off a different day during the week that the holiday falls.  Since the 4th is on a Saturday, it's this week, not next week.
2:  Add 8 hours of vacation to our accrual
3:  Work your normal time and get paid for the extra hours.  I know several people who chose this.

I'm choosing #2 since I tend to nickel-and-dime my vacation away, and this will help build it up a tiny bit. ;)

I am disappointed to read that your $9.99 monthly fee to Apple to subscribe to the streaming Apple Music service does NOT give you access to the entire iTunes library, but only a small percentage of the entire iTunes library.

Boo!

Hiss!

Which part of iTunes?  A specific and limited section or what?  Did they specify??
