Well, you've read the notes, the notes had little amounts of something, and now it is time for you to post until the little cows come home.

And just for the sake of actually having a free-for-all topic, here is an idea:

If you should possess the magic powers to make this happen, in what motion picture would you insert yourself and what character would you play?

Has anyone else seen the new TV Guide?  It's shrunk again, but not to its original size.  It is halfway between the two sizes.  Very weird.

Today's going to be a long day for me.  My sister and niece are on the board of Olympia's chapter of PFLAG and they're having their annual picnic get-together.  I originally said that I would help set up and actually go to the picnic, but a couple of weeks ago my union scheduled a joint base unit/supervisor unit meeting for the same day.  So, I'll go at noon to help set up the picnic, which officially starts at 1:00 pm, then I'll go to my union meeting at 2:00 pm (fortunately, they're close to each other).  That'll take at least a couple of hours, then I'll go back to the picnic if it's still going on.  If it's over, I'll find out if my parents and aunt are at my sister's house or their house and go there.  I'll visit until I have to be back at the theater by 7:30 pm for tonight's performance.

And that'll be my day, today.

I don't think I've seen an actual TV Guide magazine in years.

Don't you ever go to a supermarket or to Fred Meyer's?  They are right at the check stands.

I usually use the self-checkout at Fred Meyer and they don't have the magazines there.

I woke up very alert, but just reading about the productive busy Sunday George has ahead of him was exhausting.  :)

I thought DR TCB might be pleased when he logged into HHW last night and saw that he didn't have to vamp for a few pages.          :)

Watching that Sally Struthers walking video, it struck me that her speaking voice is, in some ways, very similar to Ruth Gordon's.

Was it my imagination, but for a video about walking where she's the star, didn't she take a lot of opportunities to sit down on a bench and shmooze with the camera while other people did the power-walking.

Good morning, all!  I was in bed  by 9:30 last night.  I was very tired.  I watched the last MAPP &LUCIA episode from 1986, then a second season episode of FOYLE'S WAR, and crashed.  I figure I got about 9 hours of sleep and that's plenty.

I had several peculiar dreams last night, none of which I remember much about now.  One had to do with an office supplies company where I worked in the 1970s and one was about Goodspeed in East Haddam, CT.  It's all too vague now.
