This morning I had no hot water, no heat in the living room, and the light fixture was out in my bedroom. Poor Kevin spent most of the afternoon working on all three. At the end of the day........ I have hot water.

I always read the notes, but I can't always watch the videos at the time I read the notes. If I am on my iPad, I have to wait until the next day to watch videos, but I always read and watch.

Good evening. Decided to renew my Netflix membership. Lots of friends recommending the documentary series Making of a Murderer. So I just started watching it

I have the Netflix option of one disc at a time plus unlimited streaming, and I don't watch much of it, either.

I don't have Amazon Prime. I did for one year a couple of years ago, but I never watched anything from the streaming option. I didn't need the quick shipping, either, so I dropped it.

Is It only your apartment that is having these issues with no heat and no light? Or are there issues with the whole building?
