Forewarned is four armed.

for a moment today I thought my therapist had four arms. Then I realized those were his feet on my shoulders.

He was pushing my shoulders down and my head up.

It was quite a stretch.

DR Jennifer I read a book I think you would like, An Ember in the Ashes by Sabaa Tahir.

A friend of mine read it a few weeks ago and loved it. She also said that she thought that I would really like it. My library has it. It's on my "i want to read it" list just not sure when i will fit it in. I have a lot of review books that i need to read. And a lot of new releases that i asked for at the library.

The last couple of days she put photos of her father on facebook, nothing today.  She has not mentioned where she is.

The sequel should be out in August.  If you time it right you could get them close to each other.

Those were pretty much my thoughts while I was reading it :)

I was wondering if poor DR vixmom was going to have to cut her long-deserved vacation short due to the family developments.

I had better sleep tonight.  I have an eye check tomorrow and my eyes are so blurry it is difficult for me to see.  I have enough trouble knowing if I prefer option 1 or option 2 as they are flipping those things back and forth.

I expect so, depending when the roads were cleared.

I hate those A/B, 1/2 comparisons too, DR Jane.

I usually just focus on one letter through the whole thing. That seems less overwhelming.

This morning's alarm was legitimate. I'm only upset that I had to get out of my warm bed and go out into that frigid 46 degree weather.

46? That's a heat wave

It's a political flood in SC this weekend Friday night - Jeb Bush and Martin OMalley, Saturday - Rand Paul and Ted Cruz, Sunday- Chris Christie, Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton.   Don't know if more will follow

Been doing mostly book stuff today, including the publishing part.  Since they can no longer create an eBook from PDFs, I'm doing what I did for Welcome to My World - doing a Word version that will look nice - that way they'll have the PDF for the regular book and the word doc for the eBook.

I can't wait until the caucuses are over, but honestly, I'm still not 100% sure who I'm going to caucus for.  SO, I will go to as many events as possible this weekend.

I returned to my Thai torture sessions today. This was the first one since the surgeries. It wasn't quite as bad, which isn't saying much, but the recovery afterwards was much easier. I usually leave there feeling like I've been hit by a truck. This is apparently the norm. My back also felt a bit liberated. I'm very pleased. They are such hell to go through, but they do offer potential.

Good news, then. I think.

Shaping Sound was excellent. The dancing was wonderful. The dancers' bodies were perfection. And I enjoyed it. But I was surprised at how highly sexual it was. Not that I'm being a prude, but that had not been mentioned in any of the pre-show advertising, and there were families there with very little kids. And quite a few left at intermission.

I wish my body were that limber.
