I need to go to Costco this week to get a hot dog.  I love their hot dogs

Just saw an article online about the great prices for their snack bar foods.  The only thing I might try would be the cheese pizza.  Have you ever had that?

I have, and it's very good.  Have it without hesitation!

Oh, I lucked out a bit on the Mac purchase. I called MacMall because you can usually save a few dollars by buying from them, but they didn't have the models I was interested in in stock. It had never occurred to me to go to BestBuy, although there's one right near me. They turned up in a Google search, had the models I was debating between in stock, and even had MacMallish prices ($50-60 less than retail). When I checked their website on Thursday they had a 3-day sale on and the price was considerably lower. Yay!

That's great, Jeanne!  Congrats on finding the deal!
Ditto and...
We like Best Buy.

I went to Costco last week and got a refund of the portion of the membership fee that goes towards "executive membership."  I had only gotten a rebate of $22 (they give you a certain percentage (is it 5%?) of your purchases for a year (well, it was more like 10 months for me)), so I gave them the rebate check back and they refunded $55 in cash.  I explained that the woman who opened my membership last year convinced me to get executive membership even though I didn't think I would spend enough to make it worth my while.  They were very nice about it.

I have the executive membership, also.  I only got $24 back.  I was planning on doing the exact same thing...getting back the difference of the membership.

Good for them doing the right thing.

From what I understand, it's a regular policy to refund the difference between an executive membership and the regular membership if you don't get enough back from the rebate.

Finished with my viewing - headache has returned so two more Tylenol for me.

I got a headache as soon as I got home.  I don't know why it came on just as I came home. :-\ Tylenol doesn't work for me, though.  I use ibuprofen.  It doesn't work instantly, but it does work.

I have just looked out the window,  despite my loud and public outcries the weather has heeded all the meterological experts rather than my demands and is currently depositing snow.. SNOW!  On this the first day of spring

Yikes!  It's supposed to be too warm for snow!
