The lighting has been a constant irritation for a few of the actors - because we're in a small space and the stage is at the angle it is the spot and the moving lights are closer to them than usual and they're blindingly bright at times, so we've been trying to make that easier on the actors who are having problems, but without making things to dim in a musical comedy. Funnily, Robert Yacko, who is in the exact same bright lights, never has a problem with it - and when I went up to see how it was like, I didn't either. But you have to adjust because you can't expect an actor to give a great performance if they're blinded or annoyed by lights.
