I'm all too familiar with band/vocal balance challenges in a small venue. I've learned my hard lessons on this, and now, when I'm the one hiring musicians, I only go for those who are likewise experienced and totally get it. Inexperienced kids, however talented, are a risk.

Very funny man.....of course when I see him in his Broadway Bares costumes or rather LACK of costumes, I always remember when I cast him as Woodstock in SNOOPY!!!

Am participating in a Webinar this a.m. for Office365.

Am part of a beta group. Everything that Office365 offers is unknown to me. I know I was "migrated" during the night. We were told we'd never even notice that we'd been migrated. When I responded to an e-mail this morning letting the administrator know where to find me, his response was: "Oh, good! Now I know it works because you responded to my e-mail."

Say "Huh?"
