I had a very nice lunch and chatted with several friends.

That sounds nice.

I forgot to mention that Skip's deviled egg recipe went over well. They were delicious.

Tomorrow's lunch should be good: I got an invite to a bakery opening.

OK, not exactly good for the blood sugar, but good for the soul.

It sounds good.

Also saw there's a new recording with Alice Ripley and Emily Skinner coming out.

I'd heard about that.

I meant to ask you if you used it.  It is the only way I will ever make deviled eggs again

Sad to read about Beth Howland's passing - she actually died on New Year's Eve but asked her hubby, Charles Kimbrough, not to make it public for some time.  Weird, but that's what she wanted.  I adored her.  I saw her in Company and loved her, met her when I did Alice and we just really hit it off - we actually had one date soon after we finished taping.

I think I will go ahead and buy the furniture I found.  My living room furniture, especially my recliner, is 22 years old.  Why shouldn't I buy myself some new things.

If you don'the really eat during the day and eat your main meal at night, and have most of your symptoms at night....take it half an hour to an hour before you eat.

This is from Keith who has researched this extensively.

You also should not eat 3 hour prior to going to bed.

Today was the Washington Primary.  Hillary Clinton won the primary by a wide margin.

Except that the Washington state primary is actually completely irrelevant.  It's only the caucus results that will be used.  According to this Presidential Primary FAQ:

"The Republican Party will use the Presidential Primary results to allocate 100% of their convention delegates. The Democratic Party will not use the Primary Election results to allocate any of their delegates. They will rely solely on the results of their Precinct Caucuses on March 26th."

We have been very confused with the election here.   It is very strange.  Why send people a ballet if your vote doesn'the count!
