The police and all of the witnesses have said that there is no way that my nephew could have avoided the kid. The kid basically hit his car. However, the insurance company has told my niece that a jury could still side with the kid, making my nephew responsible for hundred of thousands of dollars in damages.

Today was his graduation party. It was nice to see him focusing on something other than the accident. The same for my niece, who is not handling the whole thing very well, either.

We have switched from Skype to google. You can also chat with your phones during the day, not that I have done so or know how to do it.

Having the police on his side will help. Mega Vibes he does not have to defend himself!
