And now, I want to get some sleep. After our brunch, I'm going to my parents' house to visit with the re-visiting German uncle and aunt. Fortunately, my parents only live about a mile and a half (according to mapquest) from the restaurant. I hope I don't eat too much over the course of the day.

When I did eat donuts, and I might again in the future, I always like the Boston Kreme with custard. Also enjoyed the glazed and chocolate frosted.

I also enjoy a Boston cream donut. My favorite is a hot Krispy Kreme glaze donut but they closed all the Long Island locations

I think I looked up and found one or two in Orlando. Not sure. I know there was one in Melbourne.

This morning, I will head down to the Lincoln Center NYPL and check out those Guys & Dolls photos/ While I'm there, I want to see the exhibits are up. One of them is by Jean Druesedow, for whom I was a graduate assistant between 1969 and 1971,

My beloved Little Pie Company has been pushing their peach pie, which is one of their seasonal pies and I have a huge craving to try it.

Saturday morning greetings! I slept more than 10 hours last night, which is very unusual for me. Maybe I should drive almost 1000 miles in 3 days more often. Or not.

Glad to hear that yesterday is over for Vixmom. Every time my drive got difficult, I thought, "At least I'm not driving a truck!" Hope there's some relaxation in store over the weekend.

Vixmom needs to head over to Downtown Disney, claim a comfy seat in T-Rex, order some yummy snack foods, and wash it all down with three Margaritas.

Only one more week for La Cage at the Signature Theatre. I saw it again last night--it's really a great production.

Chester, my dog, is going to the groomer in about an hour.
That's always a highly emotional experience for him.
