I made the mistake of wearing my sandals to hike around up there.  They are my favorite Mephesto shoes I've had about 25 years.  Today over stressed them and they are falling apart.  I really need them to survive a few more weeks.  Our friends have super glue I will try tomorrow.

Still it was a very fun day.
