Well, you've read the notes, the notes were pleasant and written in the Valley on a Sunday, and now it is time for you to post until the pleasant Valley cows come home.

Well, I must say good night.  The battery level on my tablet is now less than 5%, so it's going to die soon.

Have a good day, all :)

Not that I have much to report.  Yesterday I was hither and yon, today I am home.

DR Ginny, Randy's property is eight acres.  The new house has 1.5 acres.  Jo said the realtor is coming by on Monday to do the listing.  My immediate response was, ask him if his company handles commercial property.

I'm down to the final two episodes of Anna Karenina and War & Peace has not shown up.  I was so sure I had set it aside for the next viewing several months ago.  If only I knew where "aside" was in the apartment!

Fifteen years ago today I was dealing with John McGlinn madness, sitting in the recording booth of Henry Wood Hall in London, when George Dvorsky and Hugh Panaro announced that a plane had just hit the World Trade Center.

Good morning.

I watched history happen from the jury assembly room in Phoenix.

I have to do things, but I'd rather go back to sleep.

That was kind of a non sequitur.

What I'd been thinking about the past couple of days was the eventual fate of the music library room at Toyland, the very thought of which still sickens me.

And I just happened to discover the existence of that box set yesterday.  It's just a put-together of the individual albums, right?

The bird and I made it from Louisville in one piece. And in one straight shot. It took 17 hours overall.

Was just thinking about McGlinn.

I didn't know about this box set till yesterday:

https://www.amazon.com/Broadway-Musicals-John-Mcglinn/dp/B002NZOLFA/ref=sr_1_1?s=music&ie=UTF8&qid=1473600635&sr=1-1&keywords=John+mcglinn

That's an interesting set. I don't see why they use the No, No, Nanette art since there isn't a recording of No, No, Nanette in the set. Also, the CD-ROM sounds interesting, but not worth the price of all the other CDs, which I already have.

With bathroom breaks and filling up the car and tending to the bird. That added about an hour, maybe 90 minutes, to it.
